On Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:30 AM, Mr. Takeharu Mizukoshi, Project Director of ESS, together with Mr. Heng Samaun (Mr. Sam), paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Chhay Kimkhuon, Deputy Commissioner General of the National Police, and Lt. Gen. You Borin.During the meeting, the ESS Director General discussed the company’s 2024 annual report.
H.E. Lt. Gen. Chhay Kim Khoeun warmly welcomed the ESS delegation and encouraged the company to continue promoting its services to businesses, enterprises, factories, and the wider public. He also expressed his support for ongoing cooperation with ESS in strengthening public security and social order.
